Al-Hakoura

A country place where the past meets the present

Our story

A garden for those without one

This place, and everything beautiful in it, was not made by an architect's hand or a painter's brush — it was made by a family: a father, a mother, and their children. That is why we called it Al-Hakoura.

On the edge of Kufrabeel village in Al-Koura, between the Barqash forests, the Ajloun cable car and Wadi Al-Rayan, one family built their place with their own hands: stone, wood and trees, and a kitchen that still cooks the way grandmothers cooked. The pantry comes from our land, the bread from the taboon, the coffee from the wood fire.
